Bostonian#4

In the past several days, I was in Southern California biking under the bright sunshine.
Sometimes I went through a crowd and enjoyed just looking at many kinds of American foods.

After a while I tried surfing in the sunset. I've never experienced it before,
but I had a good time doing it. However, I set a PR of getting the worst sunburn in my life.

On the way to hotel, I visited the San Diego zoo, and eventually I arrived at the border, which was my goal.
When I saw it, I realized that I could accomplish my biking goal. I was really moved by that,
and went drinking with my members. I'll never forget this wonderful experience.

We reached the Huntington Beach and we decided to surf here. I couldn't surf at all because this was the first time for me to surf. But one of the members could surf well, so I learned from him. Finally, I could surf completely! It was such a nice experience. I wanted to practice more after this trip.

Then, we arrived at the San Diego Zoo. I LOVED THE PANDA VERY MUCH! YEAH!! He was lovely and his gestures were so hilarious. I bought a key chain of panda. I decided to keep this my whole life.

We took a rest here and ate a lunch. But the beef steaks which I ate tasted too bad! Too salty...:( I couldn't eat any more. I was not satisfied with lunch but anyway we left here for the destination of our trip.

Eventually, we arrived at the destination of our trip, the Border Field State Park. This was the toughest and the hardest trip I have ever made. But also this was the most interesting and the most exciting trip! I can never forget this experience. I want to say thank you to all of the members and thank all of the people who see this blogs.

we started cycling in Santa Barbra. The beach is beautiful, but there are a lot of tourists so we can't go fast. However we stopped to do some surfing / I don't know how to surf :) but, it does't matter. After that we went to San Diego. the weather was nice, but I had a terrible sunburn :( which is never happened tome before. I was very happy and exited in San Diego zoo / OMG WHAT A MASSIVE PANDA. I brought some souvenirs to my family and friends / I think they would like it. Then we left the zoo and we start moving on the coast and my sunburn was bothering me and then at the end we arrived to the border / I was very happy when we arrived / I felt like  YES !!!WE MADE IT. We did a very great job in this trip / I wish we could do it again one day without getting a terrible sunburn
:).I would like to say Thanks for my friends and my family and all the supporters.

Vancouver was the start of our trip. Everything was okay because we were on time, and it was beautiful. Suddenly, I met my old friend Joe from high school. He has been living in Seattle, and he was very
.happy to see me! I wish I could take him with us in the trip, but he's gotta go to work tomorrow.

Today we are riding our bikes on the Californian coast, and we saw a very beautiful view. However I feel a little pain in my muscle, but I will keep moving not matter what. Maybe this is just because we are still in the beginning. The road is going up and I still feel the pain in my muscle. I think this is a muscle sore :(. I feel the pain but the beautiful coast alleviated that for me.

Bostonian Post#3

For a couple of days, we were biking along a coast seeing great landscape of Pacific Ocean.
I had a little leg ache, but the scenery helped me to forget it.

Afterward, we went through the Redwood Forest. At that time I found several orchard trees.
I was so starving that I asked the other members to stop riding bikes in order to eat some of them.
Although I didn't remember how many pieces of fruit I ate, I was perfectly delighted.

We also across the Golden Gate Bridge. This was the first time for me to see this bridge.
It was really awesome! If I were a bird, I would fly above it and would like to take pictures
from the sky. But in fact, we took several pictures together on the ground, and went to the next destination.

A couple of hours after entering California, we stopped at the Redwood Forest which was on the UNESCO World Heritage List. There were many thick and tall trees so I was speechless because of the power which the trees have. Also I was healed by the power of nature. If I am tired in my daily life, I will return here to get the power of nature.

Then, we reached the San Francisco. At that time, I felt my butt hurt a lot. The more I pedaled, the more I felt pain. So we went to the fruit orchards to take a rest and get vitamins from the fruit. After I had some oranges, I felt the improvement of my condition! The power of fruit was tremendously awesome! I said thank you for the blessings of nature, we left for the next place.

We crossed the bridge called "the Golden Gate Bridge". When I saw the view of the bridge, I said 'amazing! magnificent!!' But I couldn't see under the bridge because it was too terrible height to see. I almost wet my pants! I heard later that the bridge was a famous suicide place...:( It felt creepy... Then, we crossed that big bridge and continued on our great trip!

This morning was the most sunny day I have had anywhere. We had a great beginning in Seattle. We biked along the highway then took a break at the Pike Market where there are many kinds of food. Also, we went to the first Starbucks. When we were looking for a seafood restaurant, I was interviewed by local newspaper.

Moreover, the local newspaper told us information about the Pacific coast and guided us to the top of Space Needle where we could see the landscape over Seattle. We felt fortunate to get information by the local newspaper
 reporter.

Then, we kept going to the next stop. On the way, we rode along the sea coast. The ocean is so beautiful but the
water is too cold to swim.

The weather was not so good, but not rainy recently.
We biked a winding road through a forest. Although it was really long,
we could bike on the road easily because the road was completely paved.

And after we took a ferry to downtown Seattle, where we took a little rest and
enjoyed cruising. We stayed at a nice hotel which looked like a tower.

The next day, we saw Castle Rock while pedaling. It was like a hand of human
emerging on the ground. After a while, I found that I couldn't keep up with the other
members because of my shortage of stamina. I couldn't sleep well on the previous day.
I was very sorry about that but I couldn't. That's why we had to go slowly.

We started from Vancouver and we got on the ferry to go to Seattle. We could see a nice view of Seattle. The Space Needle was especially very beautiful and fantastic! I always wanted to see it so I was so impressed. A couple of hours after cycling, we arrived at the hotel where we were supposed to stay. The trip of this day was over. We had dinner and went to bed early. We were tired but we were highly motivated for the next day.

Next day we got up but I hardly slept because I was excited for this trip. Although I was so sleepy in the morning, we got started cycling after a small breakfast. Then we saw a great view of the forest of Larry Workman QIN. I felt the magnificence of the nature. Then, we enjoyed the Oregon coastline. We saw the big ocean and high cliffs. I feel the headwinds from the Pacific coast. So it was sometimes hard to pedal but I felt nice breeze there. Today, I was too tired because of the trouble sleeping. So I wanted to go to bed as early as possible.

Today is a beautiful day to ride a bike under the blue sky. We left on time; we are very happy about that. Suddenly one of the trip members had a flat tire, but we were lucky that we were in Vancouver, so a bike shop was possible. However, all is good. I'm VERY EXCITED. We will fix her flat tire and start the trip.

Today, we are starting a bike trip. There are three members. It's a great day for a bike trip! We gathered on time early in the morning, and then we started.

A few minutes after starting, we found one member had a flat tire. We decided to steer to the bike shop. After repairing the bike, we restarted. I think it'll be a tough trip but it'll also be an exciting trip!

It is a sunny morning, and we are ready to start our bike ride across the Pacific coast. We started our trip in Vancouver, BC. Unfortunately, after 1 mile, I got a flat tire. So, we had to look for a repair station. Finally, we found a repair store and took a break. Hopefully tomorrow we will have a nicer beginning.

Early in the morning, I started this long, challenging, but enthusiastic journey with three other members. Fortunately, the weather was totally fine. We could start this trip under the deep blue sky :). However, after leaving, one of the other member's bicycle had a flat tire. At first we were really upset, but we found a bike shop near Vancouver, and we could repair the bicycle immediately. Now we are ready to go!
